Jeremy was extremely transparent regarding the current filter and proactive in identifying that the pool cleaner and adapter weren’t functioning properly. They quoted a fair price to replace the filter, cleaner, and adapter. The tech worked efficiently and Jeremy even stopped by afterwards to ensure it was all done properly and working as intended. We needed a new pool pump because the bearings on the old one were shot. We contacted Aqua Sentry early in the week and by the end of the week we had a new pump installed and working great. The day of the installation they showed up on time install the pump without any apparent hassle instructed me on how the new variable speed controls worked and had a written out explanation of the instructions as well.We’ve used Aqua Sentry for years and have not been disappointed in their service and the quality of the pumps and other pool necessities they provide
